OK, don't try this at home (unless you have a Microsoft Exchange server). Here at the office, we host our own email server and web server. Bad people out on the Internet have been using our email server for 'Reverse Spamming' for months. Then I heard about this SPAM Firewall from Barracuda Networks www.barracudanetworks.com . It was about $2,000, plus the virus and SPAM definition subscription. This thing was installed in about 15 minutes and is now blocking about 7,000 spam emails per day. An unbelievable experience from a Network Administrator stand point. I highly recommend it if you have your own email server.

Comcast does do that, but some junk email always gets through. Yahoo does a really good job of filtering out junk mail and you can see what got filtered by looking in the 'Bulk' folder. I had all my Comcast email forwarded to my Yahoo account for about 2 weeks and you would not believe all the junk email that went into the 'Bulk' folder. That is how I know Comcast is filtering out about 95% of the junk.
